This installation refers to memories of the artist's childhood in occupied Paris during the second world war, and to the room where his family lived at that time. The semi-transparent cracked objects show the interior of the material the artists father invented during the war. The short narrative on the wall describes how it happened. On the floor around the stove, there are small balls made of remnants of wood, cardboard, charcoal, and plaster. The hanged enlarged photographic contacts refer to the discomfort of these memories.
